If you're talking about the terrain tools for height maps, these work just about the same as the older tools. The main difference being the addition of the ramp tool from the devkit.

My suggestion would be to use the Smooth toolbrush.

To add mods from the Steam Workshop to your server, your server needs to download them first. Mods can be downloaded to your server via the WorkshopDownloadConfig.json file, by adding the Workshop ID of the mod to the file.

If you haven't already, I suggest reading over the server documentation we link to from in-game.

Have you read and followed the server documentation linked to from in-game?

That is the file. You don't "run" it. Open it in a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add in the relevant commands. (See the previously linked wiki article for commands, or type "help" in the server console.)

Comment

Use the "map" command in the Commands.dat file for your server.

The light green is PEI (from 2.0), so presumably OP is showing off a size comparison with an Insane-sized map.

I've never used Radmin, but I'm assuming that you're using Radmin to avoid having to port forward. Did you follow all the other steps typically required for server hosting? E.g., creating a login token (GSLT).

Refer to official documentation linked to from in-game https://github.com/SmartlyDressedGames/U3-Docs/blob/master/CommandLine.md.

If you meant console/server commands rather than launch options, then either type the help command into the console, or refer to the official wiki ...

Ask the mod author to add them to the official/vanilla spawn tables. Or create a mod that just adds custom spawn tables. https://github.com/SmartlyDressedGames/U3-Docs/blob/master/SpawnAsset.md

It sounds like you had played in early/mid-2014. Or maybe, you played before the game came to Steam.

In late 2014, the game was completely rebuilt from the bottom up. Not all of the content from the iteration you played is in the game that exists nowadays.

Slugs were "removed" (effectively) 8 years ago.

As others have said, it sounds like you were struck by lightning. At least you didn't die from it!

The creators of those maps also created that content. It's all the same mod. They didn't use other people's mods from the Steam Workshop.

Custom screenshots are stored in the .../Unturned/Screenshots folder. Are you sure you deleted that folder, and not something else?

The game uses screenshots you take as loading screens.

You took a picture of the server list, for some reason. Now it's being used as a loading screen.

The fix is to wait for the game to load. And then maybe delete the screenshot.

Rails are not a feature in Unturned, although you are correct that they are available in Unturned II.

Don't use the devkit to create holes. You paint holes in the normal editor, as a part of the terrain tools.
