The folks working on bots aren’t the exact folks working on content updates for the game. We’re ramping up and throwing as many resources as possible at the bot problem, but in the meantime we’ll also have teams that keep chugging along on updates and such.

Fluctuating server capacity is one of the ways we are combatting the lag and instability unfortunately, however we are working towards putting some fixes in place to better stabilize the server in our next maintenance

Understand the disappointment, but want to make it clear it’s due to a variety of giveaway laws and restrictions and not an intentional desire to leave specific areas out.

Will make sure the team is aware, but would also submit a ticket to CS so it’s on file and those folks can help assist.

For those losing content lockouts, they will be automatically restored: Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

Players will receive these delivered to their mailbox automatically, but it will take about a day before they are all sent out :slight_smile:

Got it – I don’t know enough off the top of my head to troubleshoot, but I would recommend submitting a ticket with support so we can get on record and see if they can assist further!!
