Queríamos daros un poco más de información sobre el evento de misión exprés. Hemos visto que se ha creado cierta confusión y frustración entre algunos jugadores que han empezado el evento con un personaje que no se beneficiaría del evento tanto como otro personaje diferente de su elenco. Nous tenions à partager une brève information sur l’événement Mission Express. Nous avons constaté de la confusion et de la frustration de la part des joueurs qui ont commencé l’événement sur un personnage qui ne bénéficierait pas autant qu’un autre personnage de leur expédition. Nous tenions à vous confirmer que nous travaillons étroitement avec Smilegate afin de remédier à ce problème et d’améliorer la communication autour de l’événement dans le jeu.

We wanted to give a quick update on the Express Mission Event. We have seen the confusion and frustration from players that have started the event on a character that would not benefit as much as a different character on their roster. We wanted to confirm that we are actively working with Smilegate to help alleviate this as well as improve the communication surrounding the event in game.

During our weekly maintenance this Thursday, we will be updating the event to implement a “character change” feature. This feature will allow players to change their designated event character one time in order to make a more informed decision about what character they would like to claim Express Mission Event rewards on. Additionally, only level 50 characters with an item level under 1100 will be able to be designated as an Express Mission Event character.

Hi there! I apologize as I was across the country last week, and am still catching up a bit.

The Punika Knowledge Transfer has indeed been fixed, so players will no longer experience this going forward. If you used the system while it was still broken, following the fix your characters will automatically be boosted as they originally should have been.

For the folks that ran through Punika manually after the Knowledge Transfer failed to work, you will have to submit a ticket to CS in order to get your gold refunded, as this is something that we cannot automatically verify and grant through the game: Lost Ark - Support | Amazo...

Second post – Amazon Games QA team identified the issue, we used our findings to work with SGR to help them resolve it and the build was fixed. “Our team” often refers to the whole team working on Lost Ark, which contains both Amazon Games and Smilegate RPG folks. We don’t always break things out specifically by which employee or group is working on each piece, because it’s ultimately a joint effort between dev and publisher and it’s not super necessary to make the distinction if there is one.

We are working on this and should have an update to share very soon! In the meantime, I suggest just hanging out and not claiming any rewards from the event if it’s not on a character you want it on

I am not seeing too many more specific reports on this – keeping a look out… (I know there were some ups and downs with servers over the weekend, I was out and am still catching up but will try to dig in to see if this could be related)

I’d expect them on Wednesday when we announce downtime since we are still working through making changes with Express Event to improve the situation for players

I checked up on this with the dev team before the Omen skins disappeared from the shop because some folks were hoping to hold onto it for new classes, and unfortunately this isn’t the case with how the skins will function for now. Unsure if that’s possible to change in the future, but as always I can share it.

I do want to call out if a skin is just for a base class (like martial artist) it can work for that base class across the board, even though weapon skins will not

Currently, we’re moving towards that content being in the May release. We do want to provide more paths for players to more quickly level up (we’re definitely seeing that as an outcome from the April Update) but progression is part of the game, so part of it is striking the right balance between challenge and effort being low vs frustrating
