All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming down on April 28th at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST for our weekly maintenance and update. Downtime is estimated to last up to 5 hours. This patch will include the following changes:

Express Mission Event

• Added a feature that allows players to change their Express Mission Event character if the T1 and T2 honing benefits from the event have not been previously used.
  • Players can only change their designated Express Mission Event character one time.
  • Please note that if a player deletes their Express Mission Event character, they will not be able to designate a new one.
• Updated the event so that only level 50 characters with an item level below 1100 can be designated as Express Mission Event characters.

Downtime every Thursday: 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST. This is pretty much set in stone for now and has been since we got out of the launch window

At the moment the path is more mats through a variety of sources like events, the Ark Pass, the Express Mission Event, etc. We are still heavily invested in watching player progression rates and feedback surrounding this, but striking that perfect balance will take time and assessment with each patch

Spoiler alert, we are extending the guardian raid event. Patch notes will be posted as soon as translations are done

If you haven’t used any of the T1/T2 honing goodies, you should be able to swap the character and then claim the rewards on your Glaivier

Missing selections will be updated in tonight’s patch! So hang onto those.

It is planned for the May content update!!

Appreciate this continued feedback – will raise the flag a bit more and see if I can get any sort of update to share. For the moment, we are still monitoring but I will encourage another look at the situation

At this point in time, it is highly likely we will be getting the other “missing” classes before this much newer content. Of course, that is always subject to change, but I want to set some expectations here with the current path we seem to be on.

You know what’s even crazier – a lot of people can enjoy more than one game at once. I know I certainly do!!

Feiton power passes will ALL expire on 6/30, regardless of when they are claimed – we’ll fix this in the UI with our update tonight

So long as you’re not buying the gold from an RMT website or engaging in any RMT with your guildmembers, you’re all good

The Feiton Powerpass will last until June 30th, even if it’s showing an earlier expiration in your inventory right now (the date itself will be fixed in a following update, but doesn’t have impact)

It’s almost impressive, but I hate them dearly. To be blunt, the botters are are evolving and clearly have evolved around the tools we were working to put in place when the ban waves were rolling out and things were… [not great but] less chaotic than this. It’s top priority to lock down new/better ways to address this

I don’t think I fully understand the question here – do you mean block the event in game in the meantime? If we were to do that, it would require an additional full build and downtime, which is not an ideal path forward for many reasons.

We have weekly updates every Thursday. This is one of the fixes that will be in it, and we wanted to let players know ahead of time since it was a hot issue. Additional patch notes will come when we fully announce the downtime, as they always do each week. It takes time to create builds and write corresponding patch notes, so we will share them when they are ready; while there is something to be said about sharing information that may change ahead of time when it is significant (like we did for the roadmap and Legion Raids, and were straightforward about it), it is also not realistic to spend time to write full patch notes, translate, and share them with players and redact or change them several times while something is still in the process o...

Heya, this is now changed alongside the hotfix that went out last week – the passes will expire on 6/30 for everyone

Can I ask what region you’re playing on? North America West is definitely getting hit the hardest right now. This is a top priority for the teams, but in the meantime I apologize for the cruddy experience
