After the changes introduced on March 24, we’re back with an update to top issues we’ve seen within the community.

Roadmap

We are currently finalizing our roadmap plans for game content releasing in April and May. We know this isn’t the farthest look in the future with April arriving today, but we want to ensure we’re taking the time needed to analyze our plans while taking evolving player feedback and data into account wherever possible. We understand that players want this news as soon as they can get it and have been waiting a long time for this communication, but we want to prioritize quality and accuracy over speed of delivery.

When the roadmap comes it will provide a sneak peek at the upcoming classes, raids, continents...

If I was a bot it would make my job a hell of a lot easier

Not totally true – while there is back and forth and it takes time due to various teams and timezones involvement, I am a part of Amazon Games, not a separate entity, and I do have a direct line with some of the folks we work with at SGR. The teams work together much more frequently and closely than people seem to realize.

I understand that some players feel distrustful of this, but this is the explanation we have received in regards to newer classes and the limited skins that are available. I don’t meant to negate or argue with any player feelings, but help me help you – “this is a lie” is an okay feeling to have, but it is not constructive feedback that I can share with the team to action against.

What is much more beneficial to share with the team is players’ continued feedback about the situation now that they have the added context of the explanation. Even though the answer is still that players want more skins (trust me, I am well aware) being able to articulate that in conversation with the reasoning provided is extremely valuable, because it is a direct response to the situation that the team can see.

I do not believe this thread was removed due to the topic, but it likely broke other forum rules.

First and foremost, files that are datamined from the game are not necessarily 100% ready for release, and this should not be expectation surrounding datamining for… any game, really. There is no delay of skin releases due to censorship. We were told that skins are releasing at a slow rate because they are not available for all newer classes and time is needed to rig them, including Sorceress, Striker, and Gunslinger. This would leave a number of players out of being able to purchase skins for their classes.

With that context in mind, any feedback you have that directly pertains to the explained situation about the current cadence that I can share will be extremely helpful.

Report 'em all if you like, or if you report one our team should be able to look into it and take action as needed – wouldn’t hurt to mention that they seem to be operating from the same multibox style software in your report though!

Appreciate this feedback – lots of discussions about gold are popping up following the honing material release (and there is still work to be done there as well), so we definitely need to strike the right balance here.

Also @Kaunker, just for the sake of being thorough, are you still experiencing the exact same issue and error messages when attempting to trade with your wife in both cases of either of you initiating?

This was flagged as a known issue in the patch notes. In-game server clocks run based on one single time, so we are determining the best path forward in regards to the recent time change as it will likely continue to be off for a number of players even after any fixes depending on their region.
