Thanks folks – after our maintenance last night, if anyone could provide additional details on whether the items are still missing or have appeared in Product Inventories (especially for those who could previously only get it to appear on the Product Inventory of a specific server) that information would be much appreciated!!

Hey folks, it looks like some of these are still missing after last night’s maintenance that helped stabilize the store. Can anyone please let me know if your missing items have appeared today after the fix? We are trying to pin down some additional info, and this would be helpful! Thanks!!

This is something that the KR version of the game just got an option for, to move it to the side of the screen! No word on it coming here quite yet, but the feedback is appreciated and we do want to bring over as many QoL features as we can

We will definitely add more skins to the shop, we’re just working through fixing outstanding launch issues as the priority!

Looks like for whatever reason the UI may not be different, but you should receive the correct item (or have the replacement for it now)

What is happening when you try to do this? Are you seeing an error, or something else?

Queues are a much more complex issue that can’t simply be fixed with a patch, as the Europe Central region is at max capacity. We are monitoring this situation, and for now focused on fixing stability problems in Central to improve the experience as much as possible.

This means that for the immediate future, maintenances may happen more frequently than normal, and at some times that will not always be convenient for players. I know this can be frustrating, but these downtimes are critical to help us make improvements for the game in the long term. Once we work through these outstanding issues, we plan to actively select more convenient times for downtimes respective to our regions.

No, you will not be banned for this. Our support staff has logs to check reports against, and it’s not appreciated when players abuse the report system.

Yeah, there was certainly some weirdness that happened with the bonus skins, and we’ve raised an investigation to determine (1) how that happened, and (2) any possible next steps. Appreciated!

We are working on multifaceted plan to get rid of the gold sellers/spammers in the game, and this is just one of the steps we have put in place to help mitigate this. This will stop spammers from being able to instantly create more accounts to spam with, which helps cut off a lot of these accounts at the root. Real players should reach level 30 before getting too far into the game, and will also retain the ability to participate in chat with groups, friends, in dungeons, etc
