UPDATE: The Mari server will be coming down at 11:40 AM PT as the team works to address these issues. We will let players know when things are back up and running!

The team is investigating issues surrounding server stability, including players getting “stuck” when coming across a load screen or attempting to travel on the Mari server. We will provide an update as soon as we have one.

We are aware of this type of issue as well, as it is all related to the same ongoing issues with how the commerce and game servers are communicating with each other. Unfortunately it’s the result of a complex technical issue instead of one simple bug fix. It is still a top priority to resolve, which is why we have been rolling out multiple improvements to the system, but I completely understand the frustration especially when it seems like things should have been fixed but you are having the same experience (and it’s around something you purchased).

We’ll share further developments as soon as possible; unfortunately I’m not a part of the support team so I don’t have the tools to directly address player tickets or issues in-game, but I am always happy to provide information where I can.

This is related to the ongoing store issues and we are still working on fixing this system. We are aware that some players may still be having trouble collecting certain items and packs from their Product Inventories – this is flagged as a bug and we are still working to fix it, but we will ensure those items “unstick” in the future. Unfortunately I do not have an ETA, as this has been something that we are improving over time, but is still a priority.

Heya, we have swapped out the Crystalline Aura reward for the West Europe login rewards since this error emerged, and we will be revoking the Crystalline Aura that was earned by players through these methods.

Heya, I want folks to know that we are actively taking steps to address the issues with bots. Revealing exact details can make circumvention easier for botters, but we are in fact working on new tools and methods behind the scenes.

Thank you – we have confirmed there are still outstanding issues with the product inventory (as I’m sure you all of course know) that are still out for fixes. In the meantime, the item may appear if you are able to log in on off-peak hours, otherwise we are still moving towards getting a fix

It was the Battle Selection Chest (my naming might be a bit off) – I believe this has to do with the items being the “exclusive” drops and the way they are granted

Thanks for the report! There is definitely a localization issue for player character references in a handful of sections of the game – this has been flagged to the team.

At this immediate time there are not any plans to shift prices based on regions. If this changes in the future, we will provide an update.

I do not think there’s an easy way to unblock all at once unfortunately. In general though, these folks should be safe to unblock as they are usually gone within ~10 minutes of a player report.
