No, I am clarifying that these issues are much more complex, and thus must be addressed through the work of multiple teams with multiple focuses that must integrate with one another, so in order to move forward we must make sure that all teams are aligned and working together.
Thank you for letting me know – the limits are typically an active process that gets turned on and off depending on numbers without announcement so this standard practice is likely what happened, but I will try to make sure I can more actively get this information to share when I can, as that is the intention
