Nous arrêterons nos serveurs à 24/2 @ 9 AM CET / 12 AM PT / 8 AM UTC pour déployer une nouvelle mise à jour. Nous prévoyons un temps d’arrêt de 3 heures.

  • Correction d’un problème où les remboursements de Cristaux Royaux pouvaient rester en attente lors de l’utilisation de l’échange de devises.
  • Correction d’un problème où les joueurs ne recevaient pas les effets de l’Aura Cristalline alors que le système l’affichait comme actif.
  • Les vendeurs d’échange abyssale de tier 2 sont désormais disponibles.
  • Correction d’un problème où des traductions incorrectes étaient affichées sur les écrans de chargement.
  • Lors de notre événement de connexion dans toutes les régions, le jour 15 donnait un coffre de rapport de niveau d’objet 1430 comme récompense. Alle Lost Ark-Server und -Regionen werden am 24.2. um 09:00 Uhr für eine wöchentliche Wartung und Aktualisierung heruntergefahren. Die Ausfallzeit wird schätzungsweise bis zu 3 Stunden dauern. Die Änderungen lauten wie folgt:

  • Es wurde ein Problem behoben, bei dem Rückerstattungen für Königskristalle bei der Verwendung des Währungsumtauschs in der Warteschleife hängen bleiben konnten.
  • Es wurde ein Problem behoben, bei dem Spieler die Effekte der Kristallinen Aura nicht erhielten, obwohl das System sie als aktiv anzeigte.
  • Tier 2 Abyss Händler sind nun verfügbar.
  • Es wurde ein Problem behoben, bei dem falsche Übersetzungen auf Ladebildschirmen angezeigt wurden.

All Lost Ark servers and regions will be coming down on 2/24 at 12 AM PT / 8 AM UTC / 9 AM CET for a weekly maintenance and update. Downtime is estimated to last up to 3 hours, and changes are as follows:

  • Fixed an issue where Royal Crystal refunds could get stuck pending when using the currency Exchange.
  • Fixed an issue where players were not receiving the effects of Crystalline Aura despite the system showing it as active.
  • Tier 2 Abyss Trade vendors are now available.
  • Fixed an issue where incorrect translations were being seen on load screens.
  • In our attendance event across all regions, the day 15 reward supplied a rapport item that was intended for higher item levels (1430). We have changed this reward for another rapport item that is more level appropriate. For players who have already claimed the day 15 item, this will be swapped out with the updated login reward during tonight’s maintenance.

Please follow up on your support ticket if possible – the outstanding missing quests is something that only CS is able to manually resolve now, so this is the route you’ll need to take

No, I am clarifying that these issues are much more complex, and thus must be addressed through the work of multiple teams with multiple focuses that must integrate with one another, so in order to move forward we must make sure that all teams are aligned and working together.

Thank you for letting me know – the limits are typically an active process that gets turned on and off depending on numbers without announcement so this standard practice is likely what happened, but I will try to make sure I can more actively get this information to share when I can, as that is the intention
