instant server transfer functionality does not currently exist in Lost Ark. This service just rolled out in Korea in a limited capacity and is a weekly batch process that requires maintenance to run. It also does not support cross region functionality. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not a viable option at this point for the western version, but we are still investigating where we can.

The roadmap is still going to happen (I assume classes will be a part of it) but right now since we’re focusing in on resolving the launch issues, we don’t want to push it out or run ahead too quickly before addressing what is outstanding

Yes, the way these items will be retrieved is directly tied to the login rewards event

Unfortunately this change was made as we found an unintentional error that allowed players to collect large quantities of account-wide Crystalline Aura as a part of the event, which was implemented with the intention of support player progression within the new region. Because of this, the choice was made to reconfigure the rewards list.

There will not be action taken against players that obtained these Auras (no bans/suspensions) but these items will be removed.

Appreciate the continued reports – last night’s hotfix wasn’t a full issue fix, but was looking to make improvements to the system. We are still looking to get a full fix for the problem.

For additional clarity, players that redeemed these Auras will not have action taken against their account (no bans/suspensions) but these items will be removed in the near future.

No news to share unfortunately – we still are not looking into coming to cloud streaming services at this time
