We always intended to launch with 15 classes at start, and add in more over time. This plan has not changed, and we will be rolling out new content in a steady cadence for players, since it is a live service game.

This is not the same version of the Power Pass, based on what content it completes, what it grants, and how it works in the game in general. The KR/JP/RU clients are not exact matches to ours, so just because you see something on one of those clients, it does not mean it will have the same function in our version.

The Power Pass we have in-game right now does not work for boosting the first character on a Roster; trying to do so would fracture several in-game functions and a user would not be able to properly play the game.

If it is still in your Product Inventory, it will be redeemable on any server, as this is an account-wide feature. If it is only showing up in your Product Inventory in certain servers, this is likely a result of the ongoing store issues that we are still waiting for a fix on

Unfortunately this change was made as we found an unintentional error that allowed players to collect large quantities of account-wide Crystalline Aura (nearly 1 year’s worth) as a part of the event, which was implemented with the intention of support player progression within the new region. Because of this, the choice was made to reconfigure the rewards list. I apologize for any frustrations surrounding the situation.

Lots of folks are excited for more skins today! We definitely hear ya, there will be more on the way, however we are focused on fixing the shop issues before going all in all at once :slight_smile:

We definitely hear the ask for more outfits! We’ll be adding more into the store over time, but like others have mentioned we have some fixing to do with the purchasing system stability that we want to prioritize first

We have not granted permission for our game to be on the Boosteroid service. Because of this, I highly recommend not using it for playing Lost Ark on a cloud gaming, as it has not been approved on our end in any way.
