Thanks for all the reports – I know this is frustrating, especially when things seem to periodically resolve just to break again. We are still improving connections in baby steps where we can, but are working with SGR on a more permanent fix for this issue.

I appreciate the reports and tags, but unfortunately we are unable to re-grant players access to weekly dungeons that they are locked out of at this time. I apologize for this situation, and we are working to mitigate surrounding issues to prevent it from continuing into the future.

“VAC” Ban stands for “Valve Anti-Cheat.” These bans are triggered when third-party modifications or installed cheat software are detected by the anti-cheat software – these bans cannot be instated by our support staff, it is simply not possible.

Yesterday’s restart was done to help improve the situation in the interim, but not implement a complete fix. You can learn more in our Update on Current Issues: February 20 - Update on Current Top Issues

To improve matchmaking we will restart Europe Central servers on 2/20 at 11pm UTC (2/21 12am CET) with an expected downtime of 2 hours. This will help stabilize the feature while we work with Smilegate RPG on a more long-term fix.

Since Power Pass is a popular suggestion from players around the topic of switching servers (and it makes sense at first glance), I wanted to share that unfortunately this isn’t a possible solution.

Because of the way character Rosters are set up, a Power Pass can only be implemented on a Roster that already has a level 50 character – this means it quite literally not work on the first character on a Roster.

However, for clarity, even if you have previously done so on another region, you will still be able to earn 2 free Power Passes on the Europe West region after getting your first character to 50 and completing “Ealyn’s Gift.”

I know this is probably not in any way news folks want to hear, but I wanted to communicate why we haven’t/can’t use this as an option.

There seems to be an uptick in store issues again today unfortunately, even though they had settled in a bit towards the end of this week. I am confident it is all related, but inconveniently we are still waiting on a fix.

I think the issue here, which I just found out, is that the Power Pass can only be used if one of the characters on the roster you are trying to use it on is already level 50. Because of the way rosters are set up, it will not work for the first character on a roster. Sorry for the confusion here!!

I’m very sorry for this experience, and will flag it where I can. Although I don’t have the tools to directly assist since I’m not a part of the CS team, I can try to provide some answers.

For the missing Founder’s Pack Grant, these are still rolling out and are just taking longer than initially expected – you should still receive it some time over the weekend.

If your Celebration Gift disappeared, I do recommend filing a ticket with support instead of going through live chat.

In regards to that, and missing currencies, this likely has to do with our ongoing store issues which have been improved but not completely fixed since launch. We are still working to resolve this, but your items still will be tied to your account even if you cannot see them. More on that here: ...

The paper hat chest is one of the rewards from the Legends of Lost Ark campaign: Legends of Lost Ark - News | Lost Ark - Free to Play MMO Action RPG

Though most streamers are on T4 now, these earlier rewards will make their way back around so that folks can obtain anything they may have missed before the LoLA event ends!

I can provide clarity here.

In cross-referencing with the post in question, here are some of the rule-breaking violations that led to this ban:

  • Directing repeated expletives at staff and other players
  • Directing repeated insults at staff and other players
  • Making multiple attacks on staff and other players
  • Sharing false (completely made-up) information with players

And now, with this post

  • Creating an account to circumvent a suspension
  • Creating an account with a username only intended to be an insult
  • Failing to abide by moderator direction
  • Toeing the line of spam, but we can let this one slide

Catching a suspension for directly and repeatedly breaking multiple forum rules is not censorship; it’s a consequence of failing to adhere to the rules that you agreed to when you signed up to join the forums.

Lots and lots of people getting this grant, but out of a select group of folks, which from my understanding takes a bit more than a blanket “everyone” grant. Basically the list is long and we need to make sure all players are ingested into the system, and there was a slight hiccup here.

We’re still actively working on an updating our chat filter, so I definitely hear that. Unfortunately part of the problem with these spammers is that “gold” or “g0ld” standard sentences easily become “goo@@@LLLD” or some other ridiculous text string to carry on the spamming and they are highly adaptable, so even when it comes to patterns it can still be a bit of a whack-a-mole situation. We are making improvements here of course, but it’s going to take improvements in several avenues for sure!!
