This is how long it can take for the pack to show up, not how long you have to redeem it

Hey folks, just wanted to pop into this thread. While we haven’t completely finished up with this window yet, I’m seeing some folks that seem to have not gotten their packs yet. If this is currently you, please make sure you’ve logged out and back in and checked your product inventory to make sure!

This is something that is related to the ongoing stability issues surrounding EU servers. The teams are making an effort to both mitigate that and to look for a solid fix.

Februar um 23:00 Uhr, mit der Verteilung der Bonus-Gründerpakete. Diese Boni werden im Laufe des Tages gewährt, also mach dir keine Sorgen, wenn es ein bisschen dauert, bis dein neues Paket auftaucht! We’ve decided to help players get a head start on their adventures in Arkesia before the weekend hits, so we’re moving up the Bonus Founder’s Pack Grants to begin today, February 18th, beginning at 2 PM PT / 10 PM UTC. These grants will happen over the course of the day, so if it takes a bit of time for your new pack to show up, don’t fret! Because of the number of players receiving this grant, distribution could take up to 24 hours to complete.

I do not have an update on compensation at this time, but if that changes I will provide that information as soon as possible

While this issue is tied to server stability, locking character creation limits will not resolve this problem. A long term fix is being looked into.

We will be adding the additional Classes into the game over time as new patches and updates come out!
