Every ticket sent to Customer Support is reviewed by a real, human agent. While some responses may come from a template, they are not automated. Additionally, submitting multiple appeals may slow down the speed at which your issue is reviewed, as agents will have to sort through each ticket on your account.

She will need to wait for a response as the agents decide appropriate penalty. However, her actions broke the TOS directly, so please keep that in mind while waiting for a response.

There aren’t currently any plans to do this as both regions have active and healthy playerbases at the moment, but if a time comes in the future where that is not the case it could be considered.

Update on the aforementioned reset bug in this thread that some players are experiencing:

Unfortunately this fix will not be ready for release with tonight’s update. The team is going to work on validating it this week and it should be ready to go for next week’s update on 1/18. Once this is ready to go, we will also get a compensation out for players who have been affected by the issue. Apologies for the delay on the fix!

The problem here is that if we announce exactly what bot mitigations to expect and when before they are live, we give the people developing bot scripts and programs a head start on trying to figure out how to counter our measures. It’s not worth sharing when that is a risk.

We’ll have an update on this coming up pretty soon; don’t want to share too much ahead of time.

Unfortunately I do not have any updates to share at this time from the team

We’re still waiting on this fix to come in and will need to review and test as soon as we can – we’ll let players know how that is looking tonight and what to expect for timing on that fix.

Gifting remains disabled as it continues to be a significant vector for fraud issues, unfortunately.

We’re still waiting on getting that fix in so we can test it; currently unsure whether we will be ready to release tomorrow. As soon as we know later today, we’ll share an update directly pertaining to the issue.

Can confirm it can take up to about a day to arrive, but is usually a shorter window than this.

We’ve got some new systems/bans coming into place that we’ll share more about when the time is right (have to let them happen and not give botters heads ups or work arounds for these things). Nothing is a “silver bullet” solution, so to speak, but hoping that these make further strides in the fight against bots.

Currently, Brel Hard Mode is expected to be released in April, before Kakul-Saydon’s Inferno Mode.

QoL stands for quality of life. In the past for Lost Ark, examples of QoL updates have included social systems updates, customization updates, expanded settings for different in-game systems, improved menus and UI, small new features to existing systems, and more.

Region merges is a functionality that is being worked on for potential use now. It is not ready to go quite yet, but we’re aware especially of the situation with Europe West and looking ahead to be able to improve this in the future.

Locking this to keep any bad actors from getting too much attention on it or using it maliciously, but I can also confirm this has been passed on for investigation. Thank you!

Locking this thread as the solution has already been posted and there are already auxiliary comments picking up. To be clear, skins that have been released into the game (including free and purchasable skins) have never been available to save for use on future unreleased classes. This has nothing to do with the Artist or animal skins specifically, nor is it changing for this case.

I can re-confirm the collab skin won’t be available for the Artist since the class won’t be in the game yet.

The Artist release date was not confirmed at the time of the quoted comment, which is why the mention was “any classes not yet released.” This has been the case with all skins so far and will remain as such moving ahead; you won’t be able to purchase skins in-game for a class/subclass ahead of their release.

Unfortunately, though, in the case of the Witcher collab skin for the Artist, it is not something we will be able to bring back in the future (as of the current plans) since it is part of a collaboration with another company and includes a set time period for IP use/distribution.
