To provide some clarity here as this seems to be a bit fuzzy, what was being discussed here was potential region merges in the future; region to region transfers at an individual level are not currently being explored as far as I’m aware

Roadmap is being drafted currently! We would like to share it out ahead of January. This will be a couple months longer of a look as our content cadence adjusts slightly now that a lot of major content has been released in year 1.

The bot mitigations put in place were not expected to work immediately; updates to trusted status are part of a longer term plan that will allow us to decrease the amount of new bot accounts that are able to be made while continuing to ban and push the old bots out. Over time, this should lessen the amount of bots in the game. We are prepping another large ban wave, but these new mitigations will be more effective in the long term.

Hey, thanks for sending this in. While we don’t normally take ban appeals through the forums, we are seeing a number of folks who are catching bans for “cheat programs” that don’t quite seem to add up. We are escalating this internally and working with the anti-cheat folks to thoroughly investigate these cases. I’ll provide an update when I can.

When was the last Punika Pass you received? There is not a new pass available for Summoner; the last pass we gave out with Reaper just has a timeframe to be used through Summoner’s release.

I’d reach back out to support with these new changes and see if there’s anything they can do on their end to investigate with your account now that the trusted status has changed slightly. I’ll look into things on my end as well. Sorry you’re still experiencing this!

These drop rates shouldn’t have changed with the patch, but we’ll keep monitoring and ask for a double check to make sure things are working as intended.

I cannot make meaningful change when it comes to player bans within Lost Ark because I do not have any form of access whatsoever to player accounts, back end systems or other player details in-game. I do not have any tools to investigate or action on reports or bans, as I do not have access to use or work with any of those related systems or support tools – this is not a part of my job, and therefore I do not have the resources required to accomplish these tasks.

Lost Ark Support will be able to assist because the Customer Service team is the group that is in place to investigate player reports and issues. They are here specifically to work through support requests, and they have the correct tools to do so. This is why support requests such as ban appeals or player reports need to be made directly to that team through our support portal, and do not have a place on the forums.

We don’t have the ability to look into any in-game player accounts or actions here on the forums, and we don’t want to start witch hunts for players by openly allowing accusations or call outs – it’s best to privately pass along to the team that can handle these so they can investigate and action accordingly. It will take some time for these changes to take full effect as we continue to push bots out of the game and prevent new ones from coming in, but we’ll be watching closely!!

I hear ya, but the bot issue in general has reached an overkill state in and of itself. At this point it’s about getting them out and mitigating as much damage as possible, then pulling back when we can.

Just as an extra note the too many adventurers issue on the AH should be helped by this as well, so there will at least be some extra player benefits.

Bluecogs has the right idea – it will cut down on Auction House abuse and the attempts at use of mule accounts by bot farmers. Paired with new trusted status implementations, it will be a lot more challenging for them to crank out new bot accounts as the old ones get banned and become less effective. All of these pieces together aim to bring down their effectiveness and revenue across the board.
