Like some other folks have, if you’re still banned from this issue specifically (where you got a ban from a “cheating program” and have not participated), please post your character name / account Steam ID or so I can escalate the rest with the support teams.

I can confirm that the Slayer class will be released after the Artist class.

While we may have opportunities for large-scale region merges in the future (that tech is currently being explored), there is unlikely to be a permanent region transfer option made available. Sorry!

Heya, there is a fever time event going on right now but there will be an additional player gift for the end of the year that I think players will enjoy.

Appreciate it! I haven’t seen a patch note on this incoming for this week of fixes, but I would expect that to be worked on and ironed out some over time.

And for sure! We definitely always go through feedback and suggestions. It isn’t always possible to implement all of them for various reasons, but it’s appreciated at all times and can sometimes help get those ideas flowing.

Good to know! Thanks for providing some additional details on how you’re feeling about everything since there seem to be a few different topics and opinions floating around.

We will have additional New Year “gifts” going out to players, and while it’s true they won’t match the KR gifts I think players will appreciate them. It might be helpful to think of the fever time event as an add on for a few more items, and not a featured event in the meantime.

All that aside, I definitely feel on the ongoing service issues being frustrating – it’s been frustrating for us as well. I know I can personalize it a bit as a lot of my year has been spent dealing with live service issues versus community building and engagement, which isn’t super fun. Unfortunately I know that the team is still working on it, but I myself am still waiting on an update as well. I’m looking forward to getting that to share whenever I can.

I think one of the challenges here is Blizzard is the sole developer and publisher of their games. In our case with Lost Ark, the game has one developer and many different publishers that they have to work with in different regions. This can introduce additional challenges, and most realistically we’ll always be a couple of months behind as they release content and we need time to localize it for our languages.

I was asking those questions very genuinely, I as I do want to know out of curiosity what players want to see! I am not sure what part of my post might have flagged as me being insulted, so if some of it did I apologize and that wasn’t the intent – if it was the use of the word “hypothetically”, I just wanted to use it literally to make the situation clear because I can’t guarantee this will happen but also wanted to know what folks would be interested in at a high level if it could.

All that aside, we are interested in hopefully pursuing some video content next year which I think would be super helpful to release. I hope something like this would help to fill the gap that folks are feeling in communications

You got banned from the Discord server because you pinged me with a direct insult and then attacked a bunch of other staff members inappropriate and unkind words. I’m sorry you’re frustrated by servers, but that doesn’t make it okay to be a jerk to people, and your actions went directly against Discord server rules #1, #3, #4, #8, and now #9 with this post.

Hypothetically, what would you like to see in something like this? A potential year long roadmap? These things are highly subject to change, and I don’t know that we would have any reveals that didn’t come out of KR first, so I’m really curious what players would like to see.

The way I view LOA ON right now is that at the point when we “catch up” to KR region (with the exception of the localization delay), the LOA ON events will become more relevant to our players. Of course, at that point we would have to see if there would be any way to become involved or open this up for more global viewers.

Moving to bugs section of the forums for further investigation

Please note that our team is not involved in LOA ON; those events are planned and run for the KR audience, and we are not a part of the planning or show, which is why other regions do not get these rewards at the same time as KR. It would definitely be cool to get these items into our game at some point, so I hear that, but at the very least we will have an end of the year/new year gift coming for players that should be a nice little surprise!

An in-game Fever Time Event =/= LOA ON; these are not the same events by any stretch, and aren’t really comparable.

We should have a nice end of the year gift coming that we will be able to share with players, but keep in mind that LOA ON events are created and focused on KR players and their region. While we hope that we can get some of these skins for our region in the future, our team is not involved with the LOA ON planning.

Good news! This week’s update should add the South Vern Entrance Ticket Chests to the Sylmael Bloodstone Exchange shop.

Looking ahead, the pacing of updates next year will feel slightly lighter now that we’ve powered through to Brel. We’ll still put out monthly updates and bring new content and QoL fixes to the game, but some patches will be notably smaller than others.

We’ve got another stack of accounts that should be unbanned within 24 hours which should aid the folks in this thread, and we’ve taken the steps to ensure no new EAC bans related to this issue should hit players moving forward. We will keep pushing through these and I’ll be around to update as much as I can until it’s resolved. Thanks everyone for your patience with this task.
