Yup, we have not put forth a 100% fix for the issue and are still working on this problem. However I’m glad to hear that the impacts were decreased for you for some time! We’ll share when we have our next update to this situation, and I hope to have more information soon.
Unfortunately I have gotten word it won’t be extended for now and will end on the originally planned date. The team is happy with the positive impacts it has had so far, and it may make a comeback in the future.
I am going through messages on this topic from last night now, but wanted to mention we saw a lot of these coming from folks with the service provider Converge, so we’ve been able to clear up issues with that ISP. Thanks everyone!
I’m still going through all my messages, but a largeeee number of these seemed to be tied to the Converge internet service provider, and we have been able to clear those up already. If you have Converge internet you should be good to go moving ahead.
Hey, catching up this morning and it looks like I have a ton of DMs on this. So I’m going to try and see if my usual fix for this issue can be put in place – if you haven’t, please directly message me your public IP address so we can remove anything that might be keeping you out of the servers.
With very few unique exceptions, content updates will not be split within months. So when the December Update was announced, you can expect all of that content to come on the same date unless something is explicitly stated otherwise.
This is a super reasonable suggestion – will pass this along and see if it’s something that’s possible to implement.
I’m… not sure when you first experienced this crash, but re-entry tickets can take up to 24 hours to receive and don’t always come immediately, so it sounds like this is most likely what you experienced.

Hey folks – as someone else has posted, this is unfortunately an issue on the Nvidia side. I’ll share an update when I have one, but there isn’t much the team can do in the meantime.

No, we are well aware disconnects have been ongoing for an extended period of time. However there was an increase in reports specifically within the last hour or so on Una and NAE, and we’ve seen pop drops reflected on our end too, so we are investigating to see what may have caused this and how it may be mitigated.
We’ve seen a bit of an unusual uptick in DCs across Una and the North America East region – flagged this to the team, and we are monitoring to see if there are actions we will need to take.
This problem should be resolved following yesterday’s EAC update. If you are still experiencing this problem after updating the module please let us know.
Read moreYesterday’s EAC update was a rollback to the previous module, which was to resolve problems with CPU temperatures as well as the game not fully closing after exiting. This would not have had any direct impact on increasing disconnect issue over the previous weeks as this current module has been in place for some time. Regardless, I apologize to those who are experiencing more disconnects today. Will keep an eye on that uptick.
While I’m here that’s another common misconception, haha. I don’t really do a whole lot of forum moderation, if at all during a regular day.
Appreciate this feedback, and it’s a great callout to make in regards to the current situation. I’ll bring it up and see if it’s something we’re able to change while this issue is ongoing.
