Hello – while there is a bug with the “No Limit” display text in-game being a bug, these were set to expire on October 26th as stated in the patch notes and with their originally labelled date when earning the pass. We apologize for the confusion and are working to get this bug fixed, however there are not plans to re-instate expired power passes at this time.

I believe it is accurate that the only deal on these has ever been as part of the Founder’s Packs – they haven’t been given out as a reward at this point in time. It would be cool if we could make it happen at some point, as I know those precious character slots are highly coveted

Heh, I didn’t completely design it (or name it!), but I was on stream with Datmodz when the community colored this one in! Technically I participated with the ChatModz bird too, but I had slightly more sway with Twitch chat over this one for whatever reason

Honestly, speaking for myself only my presence here ebbs and flows depending on how busy my days are. Since a few of my projects have just wrapped I’ve had some more time to pop in and out of threads here.

That said, we’ll be having a new face join the team fairly soon to help cover the times I can’t be present with more consistency I’m very much looking forward to that!

So we do indeed immediately ban accounts that participate in fraudulent activity, and do use a Trust System for granting access to certain activities in the game. I know the 3 day gold and trading restrictions can be annoying, but unfortunately it will remain in place for now as it has been a highly effective barrier for slowing and in some cases ceasing fraud coming from bad actors.

I haven’t seen this reported before, but I am moving your post to the bugs section of the forums so our QA team can attempt to replicate it. If there is any other specific information you can provide (like specific times this happens, although I know you said always) it would be appreciated.

We’ve discussed doing this kind of event for our players in the past, and would like to make it happen when we have the available dev time to bring the winning skins into the game

This is a great idea, thank you for sharing – we’ve discussed a few different options for encouraging mentorship and veterans helping new players outside of the game, and I think it would be great if we could implement this in game as well.

Nice catch! Lost Ark has a ton of tiny details that really build up the world and lore of Arkesia, the amount of careful crafting that has gone into the game is amazing. This is a really great detail.

The bots are awful right now; we’ve got all hands on deck developing new tools and looking into strong options to curb the heck out of this. Hopefully I have more to share soon.
