As far as I am aware, the update to the Tripod system will be applied to this version in the same way and with the same effects that have come up in other regions, but we will not have full details available to share about the system updates until the patch notes ship out. We’ll confirm the November Update date next week.

It looks like they crossed some wires and mentioned a Legion Raid instead of an Abyss Dungeon, but the meat of the response is still accurate; you were disconnected from content and will receive a re-entry ticket in your in-game mail.

I’m sorry that there was a mistake in the call out for the type of content you were playing; these CS agents go through piles and piles of tickets every day, so mentioning the wrong raid type is most likely just a simple mix up. Humans make mistakes – I referred to the November Update as the October Update the other day because I had been looking at the October calendar moments before. It’s frustrating for not only you but also the person that makes the mistake, but it happens.

The end date for the Hipster Weapon Skin Selection Chest has been updated in the store to accurately reflect the correct sales period.

These were intended to be long term “chase” items, but it definitely is challenging to gather those shards. We’ll see if we can create more opportunities to help players earn them!

Omg, this looks ridiculous in the best way. I sure hope we can find a way to get it to players in our game!

I know igniter is the more popular build for getting out that mega damage, but I still play a reflux sorc; for me, I’m able to be more consistent on a reflux build when I’m not sweating about perfectly landing and timing every single hit and it feels more comfortable and fun for me to play that way.

I know!!! Not going to lie, it feels so cool to be a part of this :') I’ve worked on a number of games but this is the first time that I’ve ever gotten to be “in” one in any capacity content-wise
