Summoner is confirmed for a December release! We are aiming to have the December patch out ahead of the holidays and will let players know when that date is locked in the future.

The second round of planned server merges is now scheduled to take place on October 12th at 12 AM PT / 7 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST. This merge will include the following servers:

Western Europe

• Rethramis and Tortoyk will merge and become Ealyn
• Moonkeep and Punika will merge and become Nia

South America

• Agaton and Vern will merge and become Arthetine

Todas las regiones comenzarán el mantenimiento a la vez. The date is not locked yet, but as there is a holiday week in November for our team we are working to get this out prior! Stay tuned.

Bots have swooped in pretty aggressively over the weekend (moreso than usual). What’s interesting is we’re seeing more sorceresses than berzerkers now. Regardless, we’re working through some new approaches to banish them again. Nothing I can share here yet, but we’ll let players know more details when we can.

Thanks for this! I’ve seen this report from a small handful of people, but that’s definitely frustrating for those who had to go through server merges. Will make sure it is being tracked!

To answer the folks who have asked if you need to use your re-entry ticket this week, yes, unfortunately that is the case. For people that didn’t receive them, thanks for letting us know – if you can let us know what gate you were at and approximately when your original disconnect occur, it would be very helpful!!

Yup, as someone else has mentioned, confirming that some game’s anti-cheat programs won’t get along and won’t let you launch multiple games at once – we’ve seen this with Genshin Impact as well. Hope the queue isn’t too bad! (Day 1 hype for games is always fun, but thanks for visiting us for some Lost Ark today too!!)
