I will make sure to raise this to the team to see if there is anything we can do to help address this when they are working through compensation packages, as I know some folks lost entries on multiple characters and others lost rest bonuses as well.

Happy early birthday! We’re working on the next roadmap to give details through the end of the year, so it will likely take another week or so. A little slower than usual, but with a bonus month 
This is interesting – we were able to detect the issue as tied to a different piece of code for something completely unrelated (gold amounts, believe it or not, programming is super fun), but I’d be curious to get more details on this if folks still experience it
While Chaos Dungeons will reset normally starting tomorrow, we are aware that players affected by this bug will not be able to complete today’s Chaos Dungeons and may be missing their Rest Bonuses. We will be compensating these missing entries, and we will let you know what and when to expect once details are locked in. Thanks!
Thanks everyone – have confirmed that although Chaos Dungeons will not reset today, the issue will be fixed moving ahead, and we’ll compensate folks who missed out on the dungeon and bonus today.

All servers will be coming down at 2 PM PT for a maintenance to fix the aforementioned Aura of Resonance issue. When this is complete, all servers and regions should be ready for play. We’ll let you know when everything is back up and running, and if anything changes in the meantime!

Read moreYes, this was the estimated time that the region would be ready, but we also need to do a maintenance to fix the Aura of Resonance issue. Because that requires full game downtime, we will be tackling it at the end of the merges on EU Central as opposed to bringing the game up for ~20 minutes and pulling it back down again. As of right now, the servers should all be up by the end of the originally announced 16 hour downtime.
Yes, since the servers have to be down during the maintenance, instead of bringing them up and bringing them right back down (which would really only give players likely ~20 minutes of availability), they will stay offline while the fix is in place. Because of this, we are trending to have all servers back up around the end of the initially announced 16 hour window.
Because we also have to do a maintenance to fix the Aura of Resonance issue, the Europe Central region will not come up while the maintenance is ongoing. We are also not going to bring the region up for just a few short minutes before launching into the maintenance. We are giving players a heads up that this will be the case so that when we go into the maintenance period players know when to expect that all servers will be fully available again.
We’re working on a roadmap to share that should give insight through the end of the year!!
The merge is still in process, and still currently slated to end at the originally announced time. There have not yet been any extensions or delays to the 16 hour downtime.
