An issue with tonight’s build was found, which means we will have to work through a fix before it can be deployed. Because of this, we will be postponing tonight’s maintenance. We’ll let you know when this maintenance will happen instead. Sorry for any confusion!

We are receiving reports of player experiencing problems across servers in the Europe Central region, and will be bringing down Europe Central in approximately 30 minutes at 8 AM UTC / 9 AM CEST (on October 2nd) for approximately 1.5 hours to address these issues.

Thanks to your reports, we were able to determine that a number of players did not receive their compensation when intended. We were able to track down this list of players, and will be delivering the missing compensation packages tonight, starting now. This may take up to 8 hours – please check your Product Inventory after this time frame to ensure you received your compensation!

Thanks, passing this info along. In the meantime, please be sure to check your Product Inventory for this and not Universal Storage (this is probably obvious for some folks, but with merges there are a lot of different places items are showing up!!)

We did have a maintenance to fix this moving ahead, but if the bonus was lost on the day of the update that may be the issue. Please let us know if it continues to persist!

I understand this is frustrating for regular players trying to make bulk purchases in-game, but unfortunately it is another bot and fraud prevention measure that has been put in place. As it has shown success against bots so far, it will be staying for the time being

This mount selection chest will go to players who have a duplicate mount following the merge (as you cannot have two mounts of the exact same type in your roster). The mount chosen from the chest will be untradable, and is just a way to ensure players don’t lose out on a mount by having a duplicate and instead get another option they enjoy that they can use.

Appreciate this feedback – if the Captcha is polished enough that it ever becomes ready for live, it will definitely only be present in bot-relevant places like you mentioned (both to cut down on bots and make it as painless as possible for players)
