Can I ask whether Windows displays the correct time & date?

Please follow the steps in this Microsoft support article to run the System File Checker tool and let us know the result of the scan so that we can advise you further.

Thanks for the report!

I’ve tried reproducing this issue across Windows 10, Kubuntu 19.10, and macOS Catalina 10.15.2 without success. If you happen to have installed the game through Steam, could you have Steam search for data corruption? We have a support article which shows how to do this here.

Hey there,

I just wanted to drop in, apologize for the lack of communication about this, and confirm that we have been looking into this further. Unfortunately we’ve only been able to partially reproduce this internally, which makes it a more difficult issue to resolve than would otherwise be the case. It’s possible that Patch 0.7.6 will address this issue, but unfortunately I am not able to confirm that yet. Thank you for all of the information you’ve provided - this is very helpful when we struggle to reproduce the issue ourselves.

Apologies for the significantly worse than usual response times recently.

From what I can see, it looks like you may have since installed the game through Steam instead.

A couple of us have looked over the log file you provided, and it does appear that this may be caused by interference from security software such as an anti-virus program or firewall. Apologies for the significantly worse than usual response times recently.

As this issue began after updating the game, and you say that you did so through Steam, as a first step please try repairing the game client. We have a support article for this here.

If the issue persists after doing the above, could you please confirm whether it occurs when you perform a Clean Boot? Microsoft have a support article for this ...

Hi,

Apologies for the significantly worse than usual response times recently.

This error is sometimes shown erroneously by the standalone client - in which case it is possible to continue with the install regardless. If this is not the case, you could either try making additional space available, or linking your Last Epoch and Steam accounts to install the game through Steam instead. Next year we aim to release an installer with support for streaming, which will significantly reduce the amount of space required.

Hey folks,

This is a technical limitation rather than a design decision. We’d like to make it easier for you to see the health bars you’re interested in (e.g. a boss, not 1 of 15 Wraiths you’ve summoned), but I’m not able to offer an ETA for when we may be able to do so.

Thanks for the suggestion, rlvladbob.

Boardman21 is thinking of planned future enhancements to the Monolith of Fate. We do plan to better tie the system into the lore and allow you to play through zones based on altered versions of the campaign, however if you want to relive the story as-is, then Stormquake is correct in that the Gates of Memorium system is designed to serve that particular niche.

We’re aware that Beastmasters are currently weak and could do with improvements. We’ll likely make more sweeping changes prior to implementing new affixes, though they could certainly help to relieve some of the affix pressure Beastmasters (and Necromancers) currently face.

We recently rewrote how items are stored. We wanted to include this work in Patch 0.7.5 due to it facilitating several improvements, and the tab in its current form was comparatively quick to implement. We do intend to replace it, though we aren’t yet ready to talk about future iterations of rune and glyph storage. Apologies for the worse quality of life in the meantime.

This does indeed sound like a bug. Could I ask which unique and set items you have equipped, if any? That would help us try to reproduce the issue internally so we can fix it in the future.
