We always take into consideration the latest versions @BlueBlou, so as long as your device/s are all up to date, cache cleared (yes this is a thing for phones and tablets too), it should be aok.
But please do reach out to support if you are still having issues and we can take a deeper look  

If you are missing any of the Moonstone Library set @lilymarlene these are still appearing in the Crafting recipes. So there is hope to get this fabulous set.  

This is something that has been requested by our player base. However Teleport spells are deemed like the Blueprints to be a rare item in the game and we have no plans to change their availability from just the weekly Spire of Eternity event.  

@Lil Elfette This is why all moderators pass every new idea and suggestion back to myself and why we have a whole section on the Forum for idea's and suggestions  

They are really beautiful, I am waiting for some links to become available for any who would like to utilise them as screensavers

Dear Humans and Elves,

We are very pleased to announce some new changes taking place from today, February 8th 2022.

You will now find a new option in the Ancient Wonders' Research tab, located right below the Research Progress bar. This new button will allow you to use your leftover Runeshards to contribute Knowledge Points to the research of Ancient Wonders in your own city (10 KP), or contribute them to another players' Ancient Wonders (15 KP)!

We have more than adequate resources to be able to do this, we are after all professionals and more than adept with software
The thread will now be closed to prevent further repetition of this subject.  

Please bear in mind that every report we receive is investigated and any players that are indeed breaking the rules are dealt with accordingly.
Punishments can be quite wide ranging as we can of course remove resources, buildings or give a full game exclusion in these circumstances.
Due to PII laws we cannot discuss other players, but rest assured that players are taken to task when the need arises.

This event does not have a Grand Event building @FatehpurSikri This time we have a set, made up of six seperate buildings. Please check out the Announcement or our Wiki as these both cover these buildings and of course the power of the set
