As you can see by the article you quoted, it does not say its the same as the Leopard 2A4. It states it used a range of sources to come to this conclusion including the 2A4 report.

And no, a screenshot in game comparing the 2A4 and Type 90 in game is not enough. Proper information is needed.

It differs in its secondary torpedo armament. Lübeck, has adjustable torpedo tubes (and 4 of them) to the Köln's 2 fixed 533 mm Mark 35 torpedo launchers.

It was shown and discussed in detail by Oxy and Mike, going in depth into its capabilities, strengths and weaknesses. It was not played in battle as some Naval RB games can take up to 20 mins or more in some cases and there was only a limited time for the stream.

Research is done by historical consultants who go to archives and gather data and then those of us who visit museums (such as myself for example in the UK) to collect reference photos of any surviving examples in museums.

A 0.5 BR spread is not possible in any area of the game. We have a +/-1 BR range across all modes. 0.5 would not be possible due to the limited spread, restricted pool of matchmaking vehicles that could be used in a given range as well as the drastically increased queue times this would cause. Naval does not have the population to support such a drastic reduction of BR spread.

Any issues need to be properly reported with all sources as a Historical Report

As someone who currently works for Gaijin, please allow me to clarify that this is not how it works.

Also as a bonus part, any NDA signed by any current or former staff member or anyone thats ever worked with us is at any point "no longer under NDA". Its a non-disclosure agreement for good. It doesn't simply go out the window when you stop working for someone. So thats a very telltale sign that whoever this person was that posted this on whatever discord is clearly deceiving you as they have no concept of how NDAs work

France is both interesting and competitive

It has some of the highest performing tanks at their BRs and strong aircraft like the Mirage III that remain competitive even now.

Comment

Any proof whatsoever it was ever mounted on the vehicle itself, not simply the gun or another variant of the gun.

All of the factors explained are actually relevant.

It doesn't matter how many event or tech tree vehicles were given to France, the tree would never be under any conditions more popular than nations such as the USA, USSR and Germany simply due to demographics, general historical interest and the playerbase populous.

The reason being of why more obscure and "strange" vehicles for the larger nations is because they have a demand and interest as well as the fact generally more information is available. In most cases, there are often examples in the Soviets case sitting in museums that have much more access.

Comment

Thats true of the postwar / modern era, but for Germany, there are for example still a plethora of WW2 era vehicles that could be explored.

Once again, when we start talking about the 50s, 60, 70s and 80s+ yes indeed in terms of viable vehicles in some cases. But even then, France is not comparable to the US and USSR.

Comment

Merkava is not a premium and any other equal tier reward tank would also not be a premium.

Comment

Its not a necessity. But its a significant bonus that happens every year with up to 50% of that suddenly makes this 26 million just over 13 million.

Sitting on over over 60 vehicles through multiple sales, discounts and other opportunities to get them easer is also problematic in itself and leads to misleading numbers too.

Well it is in a lot of respects. Utilizing many of the bonuses given to you is a core part of any free-to-play economy. Making the most of events, sales, boosters and modifier rewards is core to gaining lots of SL.

Some players sit on hundreds of millions just by playing casually. Naturally if your chasing progression much faster, you wont retain as much, but there are also a huge variety of ways you can earn SL, making the most of modifiers and bonuses that do not "force" you to play limited ranges or modes.

Comment

Which we do already. However France is not the only nation in game and is also not a massively popular nation that would justify a huge diversion of resources above what other nations get.

Once again. There is a massive difference between being able to create a proposal or suggestion for a vehicle with surface level detail and pictures and then the actual viability of implementing said vehicle with all of the required resources, source material, photographs and data. The number of suggestions created for any given nation is rather meaningless. If you went back to 2013, the number of past created, discussed and implemented suggestions for other nations would be higher. The number of current suggestion topics sitting on a forum section is not really an indicator of the viability of these vehicles being implemented. Anyone can make a suggestion topic, which is something we very much see as a positive. But its also something...

The point is, just playing for 6 years is not an automatic given for anything. How you play and how well you play are also important factors. Utilizing vehicles with higher SL modifiers is also key.

Not to mention the yearly sales that cut huge %s of off everything.

Comment

I third this.

Im not really sure what the point being made here is. Silver Lions are earned yes but also spent on repairs, shells, ammunition and anything else. If you have been playing for 6 years, you would indeed have been earning, but to maximize earnings its best to play spesific vehicles. Its also impossible to judge what you have done with all of your SL over 6 years and simply showing your unpurchased vehicles does not really give the whole story.

Its like saying you swam for 6 years in 500 different swimming pools. If you didnt improve your technique or challenge yourself, you cant expect to automatically qualify for the Olympics just because you swam for 6 years.

Meaning this particular variant of the gun on this vehicle was never shown to fire it or use it.

Again, if any pictures / sources are out there that show it on the Sdkfz 251/10, then we will forward them on

Comment

We dont plan on implementing Stielgranate 41 as it was never used on this gun variant or vehicle.

We would welcome any sources that do show it, however there are quite a few that say that it was never /done on this spesific vehicle.
