Greetings mortalux, We have not yet implemented roles for the Alpha Two pre-order packages. Once we get closer to the start of that testing phase, we will create the applicable roles, badges, and forum categories. Once those permissions are set up, we will make an appropriate announcement so that all participating players will know where to look for pertinent information. I am closing this thread. Greetings MensoTheOrginalGamer, The option to post a question only existed on the Support & FAQ forum. But the New Question option on the Home category didn't make that very clear. We have worked with the Community team to resolve this issue by removing the Ask a Question functionality since it has created more confusion than it helped to resolve. I am closing this thread. Greetings mortalux, We appreciate your enthusiasm for our game, but as I mentioned in your previous post, the only way to get access to the testing phases is with a Kickstarter or Pre-Order package. If you already have a package, then you can check your account inventory to see which phase you will have access. Greetings mortalux, Access to our Alpha and Beta testing is currently reserved for our Kickstarter and Pre-Order backers. Players who have purchased these packages will get access to testing first. At this time, we are not offering any packages with testing access as we evaluate our ability to provide a quality experience to our existing playerbase. Greetings MarcoDark, We have ended the sale of Pre-Order packages, which grant access to our upcoming testing phases. This was done to ensure that we are able to provide a high-quality experience to those who are already signed up to participate in testing. As we get closer to the start of the Alpha Two phase (and all future phases), we will evaluate our capacity versus player count and may potentially offer other ways of gaining access to testing. Greetings Vissox, Upgrading your current Pre-Order package to a higher tier has always been a feature, and will grant you all of the items included in the higher tier pack. Upgrading was not removed, only sales of new Pre-Order packs. So yes, if you were to upgrade your Wayfarer package to a package that includes Alpha Two access, you would be invited to the Alpha Two testing. At this time, we have no intention of removing the upgrade option for the foreseeable future. But we will provide ample notice before that option is removed. I am closing this thread. Greetings Chevelev, As Hinotori mentioned, after the discontinuation of the pre-orders, you will be able to upgrade an existing pre-order for the foreseeable future. Any changes to that will be posted with ample notice both to our News and social media channels, and an announcement will be made in our Monthly livestream. Greetings SlowBRN, If you have access to the Alpha One test phase, it would be listed in your Account Inventory. You would also have an Alpha One role here on the forums. By the $300 package, I presume you mean the Voyager Plus package. That pack includes access to Alpha Two, Beta One, and Beta Two. We just announced that the Alpha Two phase will begin in Q3 2024. When we are ready for the Alpha Two players, we will reach out directly via the contact email on your account and we will make numerous updates on our Social Media and News channels to ensure that players know how to be involved. As tautau mentioned, Alpha Two will last in various forms until the retail release of the game. The Alpha Two servers will likely be up and down for specified periods as we identify testing needs.

As arsnn mentioned, we do plan to have harmonized pricing for some regions with an economy with lower purchasing power. Those regions would be separate from the standard pricing regions, with no cross-play options.

Please try signing out of the forums completely and close out your web browser. Then restart your browser, load the forums page, press Crtl-F5 to hard-refresh the forum page, and sign back into your account.

If that doesn't fix it, all we can suggest is to try deleting the cookies for the Ashes of Creation forum website. If you need help with that, please put in a support ticket and we can try to help you further.

At this time, the only roles that are generally applied on Discord or the forums are Kickstarter packages and Alpha One access.

Once we get closer to the start of Alpha Two testing, we will set up the necessary roles and channels for that testing phase.
