But at this point, if you are interested in purchasing additional cosmetics, it may be in your best interest to request a refund from My.Games, and instead make your purchase from the Ashes of Creation webshop.

You see what the package that you purchased grants you access to by viewing your Account Inventory. As Unknown mentioned above, the Voyager Plus package has Alpha Two access, so once that testing phase starts, we will reach out with instructions on how to participate.

Ashes of Creation is in open development, meaning we are showing you what we are actively working on and the progress we are making toward our next testing phase. The next testing phase will be Alpha Two, so the titles of our current development updates reflect the testing stage that we are working towards.

And as Unknown stated, once we get to the point that we are ready to invite players in for the Alpha Two testing, we will reach out directly with instructions on how to participate.

Thanks for your interest in Ashes of Creation. As the others here have mentioned, we have previously concluded the bulk of the Alpha One test phase and are working towards an Alpha Two phase.

We have no plans to lock players to servers in their regions, except for harmonized price model regions (as detailed in the wiki link UnknownSystemError shared above).

We do also plan to have a default language for some specific servers in the region of that language, but again they will be open for anyone to join.

If you would like to see a specific language/region supported, make sure to post your feedback in the General Discussion forum.

We are working to make improvements to our account management, including the sign-in and multi-factor authentication process. We hope to have those new features added in the near future.

If you have not signed into the forums since January 2022, you may be presented with an error message that states “Before proceeding, please set your contact email address in your Profile Settings.” When you view your Profile Settings, your email address is likely already set to Verified, which prevents you from signing into the forums. Our Web Dev Team is working on a solution for this issue.



In the meantime, you can work around this issue by changing your contact email and then changing it back, which will force you to re-verify your email address. Once this is complete, you will be able to sign into the forums.

Our pre-order cosmetics change regularly. Unfortunately, once a cosmetic set has been removed from the Ashes of Creation shop, we are unable to make them available for purchase, nor are we able to swap out previous cosmetic sets for current sets. We are very sorry.

It seems we are having some issues with Roles being propagated correctly for players who have older accounts but are just now signing in to the forums.

Your issue should be fixed though. You may need to sign out of the forums and back to see the roles appear.

As @unknownsystemerror mentioned, we currently have no plans to offer any testing access for purchase separately from the existing packages. Our Community team does occasionally giveaway testing access with events such as Glorious Gourd or Extra Life. So keep an eye on our social media and news for any such events.
