I took some time to review the moderation that had taken place on the original thread and subsequent threads that are referenced by @Legionis and have found that it was made in error. The original thread should never have been closed.

I completely understand the frustration that has been experienced. Unfortunately a member of moderation staff was a little overzealous with addressing threads that were generating multiple community reports when different moderation practices would have been better applied to address any issues within such a conversation.

We understand that everyone is super hungry for information and the team is actively collecting and trying to find answers for all of the questions we don’t have answers to yet and the dev team is hustling to get the transfer system all ready.

Unfortunately, at this time we have no new answers to share. I can, however, assure you that once we do have information you will certainly be getting it.

I know it is hard to remain patient while you wait for Server Transfers, I’m just as hungry for the information as you all are. Whenever we happen to get that information to share, we definitely will be.

Update: Since re-enabling Outpost Rush, we have discovered some issues preventing players from a smooth experience. We will be disabling Outpost Rush to address the new issues that have arisen.

To address the issues on Celadon where wars triggered and completed prematurely, we’ll be continuing our downtime to roll the world back to 8:05pmPT, before this issue occurred. We will not be rolling back your characters or impacting character data.

Our team has been working incredibly hard to get this feature tested and to a place where we are confident that it will perform exactly as intended. While we want everyone to find their long-term home in Aeternum as soon as possible, we also want to ensure that the process is seamless and ready for everyone to use. During our testing we uncovered some edge cases where the transfer experience does not meet our standards for its release. This means that we will be taking some extra time to get these issues resolved before we feel comfortable giving everyone their free server transfer token.
