Hello, i have recently learned about the twitch prime rewards for rainbow six siege, previously i already connected my Ubisoft account to my Twitch Prime account because of the Paris Major charm rewards thing. I tried to claim my new Twtich Prime rewards and when i did it came up to the ubisoft website and said that my account had already been connected to twitch and when i clicked 'confirm my account' it came up with an error, i have not received any sort of rewards on either my play-station, Xbox or Pc accounts. Please Help

Have you signed up for the Twitch Drops? Do you have Twitch Prime?

If you have and do but you're still having issues, I recommend making a support ticket with our team.

Looking at your account, I can see that a Twitch Account is linked already, and that several Twitch Drops have been earned on your account. Is there a specific charm or reward that you believe you are entitled to, but you have not received? Can you tell me which exact ones if so please?

Have you ever had your Twitch Account linked to another Ubisoft Account in the past?

I am unable to find any Ubisoft Drops or Twitch Prime rewards on the account you are posting from here on the forums, so we may need to investigate this further if you have proof of redeeming the rewards on-time.

I'd recommend opening a support case with us and submitting fullscreen, unedited screenshots of the Twitch Prime rewards screen with your username clearly visible and the rewards shown as redeemed, for us to investigate further with you.

Again, Veteran-., can you tell me which specific charms you are missing that you believe you are entitled to, and from which specific event(s)?

I can look into this for you, but only if I know which charms to look for As I mentioned in my previous post, I do see that you have earned a fair few in the past, and I want to determine whether I can see the charms in question as earned or unearned.

It looks like you created multiple support tickets regarding this issue. It is my understanding that you are missing charms from SI 2019? Here is a list of those rewards.

  • Copper: 1 hours of viewing
  • Bronze: 5 hours of viewing
  • Silver: 10 hours of viewing
  • Gold: 15 hours of viewing
  • Platinum: 20 hours of viewing
  • Diamond: 25 hours of viewing

Perhaps, you meant to say SI 2020?

If you are missing charms from another event, you will need to be more specific so that we can help.

Please update master case 10815034 with details.

Have you changed any of your information on any platform recently such as a username? If so, you will need to complete these steps to ensure eligibility for future drops:

From the Twitch.tv website (desktop mode):

1. Click on your icon in the upper-right part of the screen.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Go to the Connections tab.
4. Scroll down to the "Other Connections" section.
5. Locate UbisoftConnect and click the Disconnect button. Hit Yes, Disconnect to confirm.
6. Go to drops-register.ubi.com/login and ensure you are signed into the correct Twitch and Ubisoft account.
7. Click Activate My Account once you have confirmed that the username showing is the username for your desired Ubisoft account.

*This feature is not available via app/mobile and must be completed on a computer.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with connecting your Twitch account to receive the drops.

The reason I asked for this in my first reply is due to the the lack of information provided, they did mention receiving loot which I assumed was they had the drop in Twitch, however did not get it in-game. This is where that screenshot is helpful for us to help regarding that.

Regarding not being able to link, what error message do you receive?

Thanks for providing the information and image. We are aware of this issue with the error message "An error occurred while enabling rewards. Please contact Customer Support".

I just want to be clear that we are currently investigating this. I am afraid that we do not have an update to this investigation at this time which includes receiving the rewards. I am not saying it won't happen, only that we do not have that information yet.

The line of troubleshooting we are recommending is to rule out any other causes and the result of the troubleshooting do help with our investigation, so I do want to thank you for reaching out to our teams and keeping us informed.

The two lines of troubleshooting we are looking at are both browser troubleshooting and if you have linked your Twitch account to another Ubisoft account in the past.

If you did not receive a notification of this drop on your Twitch account then you are not eligible to receive this.

If you believe you have watched an adequate amount of time to earn this reward but it has not been applied to your Twitch account, I would suggest to contact their support team directly.

If you have received these notifications but are still unable to receive this content in your game, please contact us directly with an image showing this drop in your Twitch inventory that also clearly shows your Twitch username and we can attempt to investigate this further.

Hello everyone,

In regards to players not receiving content in their game such as -

- Twitch Drops / Streamer Charms
- Twitch Prime Loot
- Alpha Packs and content
- Battle Pass rewards
- Ubisoft Club Rewards
- Purchased in-game items such as Skins / Operators
- Credits

These items can take anything up to 24 hours to appear on your account, in your game.

If the items do not appear in your game after 24 hours, you are welcome to reach out to us through our Support site here - https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

If you log into this website with your Ubisoft ID, scroll to the bottom of the page and write in the' text box' a brief description of the problem, then click on 'Submit My Request', we should be able to respond to you within 48 hours.

Please make sure to include the following -

- Any proof of purchase of the missing item or a screenshot of your Drops Inventory / Twitch Prime loot
- Exact date and time when you purchased / earned that item

We will verify your account first, then happily look into this for you, thank you.
