Can you try rebuilding your PS4 database through the safe mode menu: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/ge...playstation-4/

Also it would be extremely useful if someone could game clip this with Xbox DVR the next time it happens so we can take a look at that too.

Can you give more info on what sounds you're having issue with hearing, or what sounds are still fine? If you can get any footage which demonstrates this it would be very beneficial too.

Hey,

Sorry this has happened, this issue is usually caused by a corrupted save file so please follow the steps below which should sort this out for you:

- Make sure Uplay is completely exited out, which can include exiting from your system tray if you opted to have Uplay run in the background when pressing the window X
-Go to the save game folder below and delete it after making a backup:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\635 (Uplay)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\\1843 (Steam)

-Open Uplay as administrator, then disable the overlay and cloud save
- Launch Siege, modify an operator's loadout, and play a situation, to ensure a good save.
- exit the game, re-enable cloud saves and the overlay and restart Uplay
- When the game starts back up, you will get a message about which save to use. Make sure to select the local save, not the cloud game save. Uplay wil... Read more

Hey,

I believe it is 1 round of Terrorist Hunt or 1 Match of Multiplayer where they were your most used operator, so if in any doubt i'd play a round of Terrorist Hunt with any you haven't already and win there. This should hopefully get the achievement to unlock!

If you're both trying to play, make sure he has UPNP enabled in his router settings so you both get a unique IP address

I'm afraid we are no longer personally handling any credit purchases made on the 6th March as it has been passed over the developers to fix, due to it being a widespread issue. They are running a script to grant all credits to players who did not receive them. So you no longer need to do anything on your end and will get them automatically as soon as this is run. I'm extremely sorry for the delay.

We only provide live support via the website, otherwise there is a queue of tickets to work through in order i'm afraid. We're working to get through as quickly as possible, unfortunately wait times have been extended due to bad weather conditions at our US office too.
