Thanks Chris, is this wide ranging, was planning on going recal crazy today, should we hold off?
I'd hold off for now, we're looking into a fix.

Hey all,
The next Apparel Event "Explorer" will launch next week, not tomorrow as was communicated here. This mix-up is due to internal miscommunication and entirely on us.
/ Johan
We temporarily disabled the "marking" functionality in PvP due to issues discovered on the PTS that we couldn't fix in time for Episode 1.
It will be re-enabled later.

Impressive work!
Can you PM me the following information:

Wait what? You can get Exotics from loot room yellow crates??? This has to be a oops....
It's intentional.
Come on, stop wasting everyone's time and hope. This issue exists since the first days of TD1 (yeah, I know, not your fault as you weren't there) and will most likely never be fixed.
First you blamed the shooting range, once that bluff got called you blamed it on the connection of players, now it's apparently the accounts .....and this "blame & investigate" game will go on forever and ever with nothing to show for in the end.
We're closing in on 4 years of a shooter game that doesn't register bullets reliably, and we don't even have a shred of an answer on it.
Sorry to hear that you feel we're wasting players time. We are simply asking for the required information in order to investigate potential underlying causes.
The shooting range was a separate issue and not related to what we're seeing in this video.
These sort of issues can be caused by a myriad of potential reasons, including (but not limited to) the game servers themselves, the players connection or the communication between client and server.
With the account information, we can try and nail down what the cause is and if there's anything we can do to fix the issue from our end.
<insert suggestion here>
This employee literally copy pastes a mail merge pre written response and doesn't even bother to replace the template fields with the relevant information... and no one notices.
Unbelievable. They aren't listening. They don't care. They will never fix this shit.
I think you misunderstood the meaning of my post. That was meant as a "as per normal, i can't make any guarantees that your -> favorite suggestion <- will be implemented, but we are listening"
Nothing is pre-written and copy pasted. We do listen, we do care, we are constantly working to improve the game.
If you are experiencing this issue, please provide me with your Ubisoft account name in a private message.
Much appreciated! / Johan

Read moreAs a software developer I know you're right but as costumer seems the priority it's to fix loot related things as fast as possible like bank loot cave.
I did the crate glitch 3 times and well it could drop 100 items and still hardly possible to get 5 decent items out of it, yes that's how bad it's. I run the raid multiple times every week, 99% of the time I get the loot using Z. Also every week one char can't get the razorback last key and well the crate loot it's as bad as everywhere else.
So after 4 months plus this should be priority, let people get 30 trash items a day won't ruin your game but people getting trash from whatever activities they do can ruin your game. There is none incentive to do anything in the game if I won't get anything good out of it.
Attributes can roll in a too wide range, like from 1 to 20%, so most of the attributes will be bad. A simple way to fix the insane amount of rng layers would be let people change attribute colors or may...
I do understand where you are coming from and can appreciate your sentiment.
That said, it would be incorrect to say that we prioritise fixes such as this over other fixes.
Loot is certainly going to have an overhaul, but as mentioned - overhauls of major systems takes time.

Update: This particular fix was not included in the maintenance as originally intended. We will be deploying it as soon as we can.
Thanks for the info, we'll look into what's going on with this.
Yes that was the most important thing to fix.
Long load times? Who cares
Sound bug? Who cares
Raid completion numbers missing? Who cares
Shitty loot? Who cares
People getting 30 loot pieces once a day? DAMN WE MUST GET RID OF IT RIGHT NOW
Some things are easier to fix than others, that is just the reality of development. Let me run down the status on the things you mentioned.
Long load times - Improvement were made today, we are monitoring it but it seems to have solved the issue.
Sound bug - Working on various sound related fixes with high priority.
Raid completion numbers missing - We will be looking into this one.
sh*tty loot - As announced previously, it is on the list of things to be overhauled. Larger overhauls take time to get right.
We recommend to try this workaround for the time being, while we work on a permanent fix.
