Sorry to hear you're having some difficulties with your quest.

Could you please clarify what the exact issue is you're having?
Is the prompt to load the schnapps onto the ship appearing at all for you, or are you unable to continue from another point?

We've had similar issues with this quest on PC, where a suggested workaround was to start a new save game, and make sure you turn off reveal map and/or enable fog of war.

Let me know if that works for you at all, if not, please provide us with an image or screenshot of the issue in game, so we can take a closer look.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some crashing issues, which is preventing you from playing your new copy of the game.

To try and get this resolved, I would advise the steps from this support article to see if they help at all.

If the issue continues, could you let us know if any error messages appear for you at all, or does the whole game freeze up as a whole and nothing else occurs?

AI enemies, if that is what you're describing, should appear automatically in the game as you progress. These cannot be added manually.
