Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some FPS issues with your game.

Thank you for providing all the steps you already tried, I appreciate that.

To clarify, can I ask if these stuttering/input lags have happened since you purchased the game or did they appear after a particular time/any change to your setup or a new update?

I recommend, if you haven't already, making sure both the game and the launcher are installed on your C hard drive, so that we can rule this out as a potential issue.

I appreciate your input on this and can understand the frustration because of the wait when you are trying to win races fairly.

We don't directly have any input on which issues or bugs get addressed in which order for the game, and can't provide a specific time frame for these.

So I can try to help with this, could you let me know if your save files are synced to the cloud at all, or are these stored locally on your PC?
Are you using any mods by chance?

Thank you for submitting the ticket with the files you attached, I appreciate that.

We ask for videos of the problem, so we can see this bug within a moving/live setting, so that is it then easier to reproduce for the development team in their investigation.

I can understand it might seem like an unnecessary effort when screenshots have already been provided, but rest assured we only ask for the files which we need and which would best help identify and address the issue.

The language supported for the version of the game you purchased will depend on the region of the store from where you purchased this.

If your game supports this, you should be able to change the language within your game settings.
I've had a quick look at your account and can see that the version you purchased should have this option available to you.
