You, and anyone else are more than welcome to provide honest feedback on any changes made in the game! Criticism leads to change, and I'd never try to silence yourself or any of our players.

We're unable to transfer a character to a different account, so you would need to be playing the expansion on your original PSN account if you wanna use your character. I'm sorry for any disappointment caused!

We have acknowledged this as a potential UI issue, as the probability is not specific to that item but is calculated in a different way in regards to the item pool/duplicates. We're looking into this at the moment, but thank you for pointing it out!

I totally understand how frustrating that must have been, and I'm sorry that this issue has occurred more than once. Have you went through any of the steps located here? I understand that your internet may be running fine, but our error code and the PS4 code both indicate some sort of connectivity issue so the FAQ is definitely worth a try.
