I understand your worry in regards to changing router settings, but you would really need to try and perform those steps. 99% of the time, this is where the issue lies. Perhaps you could contact your ISP for help changing the settings?

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. The issue referred to in the other thread is under investigation.

I appreciate that your network may seem fine, but as our servers are up and running, I'd like you to go through each step in this FAQ.

Can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.

If you are still having issues after these steps, please attach a screenshot of your forwarded ports from your router/modem.

This issue is often caused by corrupted local save files.To try and resolve it, please run through the steps in this FAQ.

Just a heads up, though! This will reset your Operator loadouts and Situation progress. But it should sort out the issue.

Have you tried any of the steps in this thread?

1. Make sure you are installing the game on the same drive as Uplay PC.
2. Have you verified the game's files?
3. Is Uplay running with admin rights?

Have you tried the fixes suggested by AtyresM. and kotton420m?
