I can see that we have replied to your case - I'm sorry that the steps provided did not fix this issue. The developers are aware of this issue and are looking in to it. Any updates will be posted in this forum.

We are currently aware of an issue with Hyper Scape failing to launch due to a Vulkan Initialization error. As your drivers are up to date, please try reinstalling the game and testing again.

If the issue persists, please send us your system files for further investigation! When you do so, you can pop the case number into this thread so we can have a look.

Hey there!

We are aware of this issue and are looking in to it. If your drivers are up to date, then I would suggest reinstalling the game to see if the issue persists.

I don't quite understand your first problem. Are you noticing a lot of memory usage from the game in your task manager?

As for the performance, I would recommend running a clean boot and testing the game again.

Could you please check here for a more up to date driver? You should be able to find one, most recent release seems to be June 10th.

Test the game after updating your driver!

Please ensure you meet the system requirements, and that your GPU drivers are up to date.

If everything is up to date and compatible, please try reinstalling the game and testing again.

Hey!

I am sorry that you are unable to locate the Drop. You need to claim this through the News Banner in Uplay (if in a supported country), and sometimes you need to restart Uplay to see this banner.

If you cannot see the banner, please let us know!

Hey there, thanks for the report!

Could you try running the game, Uplay and BattlEye with admin privileges? There's a lot of system files being blocked there, so this may simply be a permissions issue.
