Can you ensure you are running the game, Uplay and Steam (if applicable) with admin rights and then test? Could be a permissions issue. Also, if you have the game installed on a diffreent HDD from your OS, move it over to the same one.

Thanks for your report and video! I'm sorry that this is happening, That pop-in is not normal, so please verify your game files and test again. Also, do your specs meet the requirements comfortably? This could be a factor in this issue as well!

Thanks for your report and screenshot! Something is definitely not right there. Are these texture issues occurring everywhere or in a specific area?

Being on console, I would recommend this guide and then a full reinstall of the game if the guide does not fix this.

Have you met the requirements for the SAM trophy/patch? As in, have you logged in to the Ubisoft Club app via mobile?

Are you referring to the Breakpoint mask? Can you provide a screenshot showing that you have unlocked this in the club?

We're unable to transfer leadership of a clan. You would need to chat to the new clan leader to try to get your leadership back. I am sorry for any frustration caused as I know you were trying to discharge them.
