If you have issues attaching savegames to your ticket, you can upload the files on a hosting website and simply send the link.

We're still investigating the performance issues which seem to be related to the latest Nvidia drivers.
If anyone of you would be willing to share a savegame where this issue can be reproduced, please let me know.

could you please try verifying the game files (https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Ar...ct-Desktop-App) in Ubisoft Connect and check if any missing files are downloaded?

Please let us know if this doesn't fix your issue. From what I can see, your account looks fine.

I can rule out June 24th - "Tourist Season" is set for Spring and Spring ends on June 20th. We also tend to release on Tuesdays.

So, yeah, you can definitely expect a release date earlier than that ;)

I think the last point is simply down to the individual DLC not being sold in the Ubisoft Store anymore, therefore this sort of linking in-game was simply removed - they're now all bundled in the Complete Edition.

It's unusual for a key purchased via legitimate sources to be blocked but I can't tell you more about account and key related stuff, it's not really my responsibility, I'm afraid. I've forwarded your case to a colleague in support for a 2nd look.
