Hey James,

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding where to launch Siege using Dx11.

There are multiple options on how to do this. One is to right click on Siege in your Steam library and look for an option that takes you to that games files. Here you can launch the game directly using the Dx11 .exe.

Hey AspireQTR,

Thank you for kindly reaching out, sorry to hear you have been having trouble with being asked for an activation key. This is actually not needed.

Instead, would it be possible to try launching Steam with admin rights [ubi.li] and then click play on the game. This should then force Ubisoft Connect [ubi.li] to launch and link to the game.

Sorry to hear that you are encountering long queue times when you search for games.

To troubleshoot this I would recommend to ensure you ensure your network is configured [ubi.li] for Rainbow Six Siege.

Should you continue to have trouble, I would recommend to also try an alternative network such as mobile hotspot to help identify the cause.

I am unable to remove temporary bans, however, to help prevent this from happening in the future I would recommend ensuring your network is configured [ubi.li] for the game.

Should this then keep happening I would recommend to try an alternative network such as mobile hotspot.
