Hi @ArchieSwindle, thanks for such a detailed post! We've had reports of a very similar issue which may be related, and I'd like to confirm if your situation specifically is related. Could you send us a link to a video captured from your gameplay? Ideally the video should show as much of the situation surrounding the issue. Welcome to the official forums, @CaptainPrana! I'm glad you're here, though I'm sorry you're having so much trouble playing the game! I'd like to recommend you run through the steps in our basic troubleshooting, as they help eliminate common conflicts with the game. Be sure to complete all of the steps and then reboot your PC afterwards.

Should the issue persist, I recommend you check to make sure Ubisoft Connect and the game are installed together on the same drive, as this can help prevent crashes and issues like the one you're facing. ...

To continue, do you have the game and Ubisoft Connect installed together on the same drive on your computer? We ultimately recommend having them together on the same drive that your operating system (Windows) is installed on. If this has been your setup from the start, please let us know. @Iratnl-Impulses Got it. Thanks for the update and videos. To continue, do you have the game, the Epic launcher, and the Ubisoft Connect launcher installed on the same drive together? We recommend these all be together on the same drive, and preferably the same drive as the operating system. Let us know if there's any change at all switching the game and launchers to one drive, or if you've already had this setup from the start. Thanks so much!
