Hey there! I would highly suggest reaching out to [our support team](support.ubi.com/cases/new) to have this looked into. I'd also reach out to Corsair as well. I know some ASUS boards can be synched to ICUE if they have RGB integration, but not sure how compatible it is with in-game effects.

Hey! This is related to the amount of aim assist. However, I've flagged the amoumt of slowdowm happening at higher levels of AA to the team and they are looking into what can be done currently. As a "workaround", lowering the amount of AA should help.

In case you still need assistance: You need to add each other through Ubisoft Connect. (The Ubisoft account management system) Here's an FAQ on how to do it on the website version! If you have a PS or XB account, you can link them to your Ubisoft account and sync your friendslist for anyone who has their Ubisoft account linked as well. Once you have them added through Ubisoft Connectc, you can use the Squad menu in-game and invite them directly from that menu. We should have an article coming soon with step by step instructions for the whole process.

As stated on the bug report for the bug the team has not been able to reproduce this issue. The team has been requesting clips from players impacted by this issue to help with the reproduction process for this bug. If the team can't reproduce it, there's not much to go off of in terms of identifying the issue.

The dev team is continuing to improve on the types of skins and has a lot of cool stuff coming! The team is also aware the community enjoys the animated type skins. If you have any other specific types of designs or ideas of your own, you are more than welcome to share them!

Does it show up in the Ubisoft Connect client under Challenges? Is the challenge itself missing or is the progress for the challenge missing? I would check in with Support about it if you haven't already.

Traditional cross-play does not exist. Cross-generation crossplay (ie PS4 with PS5 and XB1 with XBS) is what the article refers to. So PS4 players can matchmake into PS5 players. XB1 players can matchmake into XBX players. There is no cross-platform crossplay (ie PC with XB).

Season 3 has currently been delayed as the team continues to work on The Lab updates. I strongly recommend checking out our Lab blog posts to understand the format and what the team is working on! We will be sure to announce when Season 2 ends once we have a concrete ETA to share.

The challenge specifically says "Play 5 rounds in PVP with a friend on your team to win the Corsair weapon skin.", meaning only one friend. Challenges will specifically specify if you need more than one friend in your group.
