It's a known issue and we're looking into it - I know some players would like to be able to mix and match parts of the elite, but as of now, elite sets come as a package. Maybe after seeing some of the feedback due to the bug we'll start exploring more options for the elite in the future.

Which operator were they playing? Was it a visual glitch or were they able to toggle it as they pleased?
Do you have a video clip or a screenshot of the bug I so I can take a look and pass it along?

Sorry that support tickets can sometimes take a while. If you send in a ticket and don't hear back after a week, send me your ticket # and I'll follow up on it.

4 toxicity reports from your team isn't enough to warrant a ban. either there's a huge gap in this story or you said something truly egregious, enough for us to take notice right away and think it was worthy of a permaban. and if you ever send in a ticket and don't hear back - you can pm me your ticket #.

Hm, I'm not aware of any account restrictions, but it's a possibility. I would suggest you check in with support to see if they can help you out then.

appreciate the feedback.

there's definitely been a lot of conversation around the global utility of lion and finka. We're watching the test server results closely and the team will make changes if they see a need for it, but I don't think the results from the test servers are enough support to big nerf that like - it will be much better to first wait and see how they perform on live before going back to re-evaluate whether they need to be changed or not.

It shouldn't be asking for a password if you're trying to access the test server. Unless you're trying to access the free weekend client, which has been closed.

You don't need to be chosen, it should just be there (even as a console owner). Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and send it to me so I can take a look?

1. Hop on your PC (hopefully it's a gaming PC otherwise you might have a rough time)
2. Login to your console-linked uplay account on the uplay client that you hopefully have downloaded
3. Check the "my games" tab and search for something that should say "Rainbow test server"
4. Install
5. Play

If you own On PC, it should be under your games tab in Uplay. Or in your steam library. Make sure it's the same uplay account you have linked to your ps4/xb1 if you're on console.

Hi! Restart! Any locked ops should go back to normal once you do. You probably disconnected slightly at some point and your account likely partially desynced from our servers which caused the error in your account profile.

Which operators/how many? I'd give it around 10 minutes and try again. If they're still missing after that send in a ticket to us at support and we can help to make sure your account is fully restored.

That's because it hasn't opened up yet for chimera. TTS won't begin until the 19th, so until we open up the TTS servers, it shouldn't be visible unless you kept the old one.

Sorry that had to happen. We're working on improvements to address toxicity, TKing, and team-griefing - and I believe this is one aspect of griefing that we're also trying to solve.
