I have been talking with Xbox support for a few hours, restarted my Xbox several times, did there hard reset. They sent me here to get help from Ubisoft people, but can't seem to find a support chat or a number so thought I would post it on here

I just purchased siege from uplay and found out that my wife just purchased and downloaded it yesterday on steam. Is there a way I can launch siege from uplay or steam without having to download it again? Right now It doesn't let me launch the game from uplay, because its not installed, or steam because I haven't purchased it.
