Hi everyone! We have identified the issue on Xbox and PlayStation servers and are working on a fix. We plan to push this fix during the next console incremental patch, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, July 10. Here's what you need to know, once the fix is live:

• If you had the Jubilee Steed and completed the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement before, you will have the mount back and your achievement will once again be complete.
• If you had
partial progress towards the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement completion, we will bump you back to where you were before the Update 42 launch on consoles.
• If you use Jubilee Confetti Packs before the fix goes live, you will lose that progress toward the "Jubilee Confetti Conveyor" achievement when it does. We encourage you not to use any additional Jubilee Confetti Packs until after the fix is live on July 10.

Hey @vonabol88 thanks for reporting this! We'll get a bug in for it. Are you still able to loot the nodes, in the meantime?

Thank you both. I see the bank/merchant sign mismatch while running around Riften now. If you have other specific examples let us know and we'll pass them along. Could you also report this in-game as a bug? Thank you!

Here a list of others from my guild who are now missing the mount: shoroe4, thatnewcatsmell, LadyJulena, Beccy_Attacky, geekgrrrl Two other members who didn't have the mount but had some of the achievement count for the mount reset: JayTeah and Agaroth1984

Just to add mine - my Jubilee Confetti Conveyor achievement has also been reset to zero, and my Jubilee Steed removed from my Mounts Collection. I'm on Xbox EU.

As an update for anyone checking in on this thread, we do have at least one report of this on Xbox as well, so it's not just PlayStation. Active investigation is ongoing.

Hi all! We are aware that 334 errors are continuing for some players on PC NA. These errors are due to some server processes getting into a bad state. We are continuing to monitor, and are resetting these processes when we see the bad state occur to keep impact to a minimum. Thank you all for your continued patience.

Hey @Dimorphos thanks for reporting these. We'll investigate. As @vsrs_au asked, is there any change if you move that statue and/or place it in a different house? Also, are you using any mods that enhance graphics and/or lighting? At first check, our Systems team is not seeing this on Live so any additional info you could provide would be a great help!

The biggest question is: will furnishing mats be doubled too?

The Explorer's Celebration going live today (in just a little over an hour) does increase your chances to get furnishing material drops, yes. It's not "double" in the traditional sense that you get two any time they drop; rather, it gives you a second chance to pull from the node drop table. :) Hope that helps!

Hey all, just confirming we did have a population drop and we are monitoring. It does look like things are recovering - we’re keeping an eye on it.

My PC/EU session also crashed, error 103 and 107. Is this connected?

We're investigating, thank you. (It's not related.) We are calling the North American megaservers issue resolved at this time however we are continuing to monitor. We are looking into the European megaservers issue now.
