Yep! Turns out we had two bugs in our system with slightly different descriptions that were effectively the same core issue. The fix will be in the PC/Mac and Stadia incremental patch on June 14 (next Monday.)

Hi @msetten, we'd like to look into this for you and need a bit more info. Do you have at least 20 points invested in Flawless Ritual? That will be a requirement before you can put points into War Mage.

Honestly this is crazy I changed two toons from nord to imperial because of sustain issues, to realize it was a BUG!!!!!!!! Who would I speak to, to get a refund of race change tokens.

I don't see in the patch notes that you fix guild history, or craft bag, guild store or anything.

The issue you're both describing should be fixed in today's update. It's very possible we accidentally missed a patch note for it. We'll follow up!

I was switching zones, travelled from reapers march to blackwood and then the gears as gone. Might have to do with switching instances.

For those asking about the block bug in this thread, we just got verification this morning that a fix for it will be going into the next incremental patch.

The hotfix we ran this morning should have stopped new cases of equipped Companion gear loss (and a related specific exploit.) Unfortunately, the fix was not to replace previously lost gear. If you encounter a new situation where your Companion loses their equipped gear, after this morning's hotfix, please let us know with as many details as can.

Could this have something to do with the 5 piece bonus bug? As most of the sets I have heard reported appear to be sets that are commonly only ran on one bar!
