Hi everyone,

We will be taking the PC EU megaserver offline for a reboot maintenance beginning at 11am EDT/5pm CEST to address an issue where some players are getting disconnected when trying to zone into/out of certain instanced areas. We anticipate the maintenance to take approx. 1-2 hours.

Hello! Could you two clarify if there is actually Deadlands music playing in Apocrypha (which would be a bug), or if this is feedback about the music sounding too similar to the Deadlands music?

Hey everyone. Thanks again for raising this. We've confirmed that new character slots are working but you may need to fully load into the game on one of your characters before it will appear. So, if you own Necrom and don't see the free character slot you expect, load into the game on a character then log back out and the free slot should be there.

I did and I still have 9/9 character slots. I prepurchased necrom deluxe 2 months ago.



Hey all, we're looking into this. It sounds like relogging is doing the trick for some. If this is not working for you, could you please let us know the following?

[*] What version of Necrom did you purchase? (Standard, Deluxe, Upgrade, etc.)
[*] Is Necrom greyed-out in the Crown Store for you? (Showing that you definitely have the entitlement on your account.)

We have received some reports of customers receiving unexpected one-time password (OTP) emails. Unfortunately, it is common this time of year, especially in gaming, to see an uptick in account security-related activity.

Firstly, we want to let everyone know that we recently made some changes to the OTP system to enhance player security. You may see additional OTP emails for a short while, and it is possible they may appear in a foreign language. We also wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone that OTP emails are designed to protect your account and to provide some tips on how to best protect yourselves and your accounts.

Anytime you receive a one-time password email that you didn't expect, we recommend you take the following standard steps:

[*] Out of an abundance of caution, change your ESO password to a new, unique password

This morning, we turned off Voice Chat Accessibility (speech-to-text) on our console servers to address a back-end issue with the feature. Players will still be able to toggle Voice Chat Accessibility on and off, but the system will not function while we have it turned off. We currently do not have an ETA for when we will turn Voice Chat Accessibility back on.

Please note that Narrate Chat (text-to-speech) is unaffected and still works.

During the PC/Mac and Stadia incremental patch maintenance on Monday, September 19, we are granting Seals of Endeavor to all players who were affected by the issue on September 7 where players did not receive Seals of Endeavor upon completing Endeavors.

Players will be granted the number of Seals of Endeavor that they should have earned during the time that the issue occurred, which was between 9:04 AM EDT and 10:11 AM EDT on Wednesday, September 7. Only affected players will be a part of this grant.

When the servers reopen on September 19, players who were a part of this grant will find their Seals of Endeavor added to their existing currency.

Thanks everyone. We are tracking a separate UI error that seems directly related to the Activity Finder. It sounds like this is something different.

For those who encounter this issue, could you please try manually closing the game, and let us know here if that does not work?
