It looks like he installed the wrong client or he installed a second client and just needs to switch to the proper one.
Most of the ships are in Armory.
Please send a ticket to CS. They might ask for some diagnostic data and try to reproduce it. Just this video alone is not enough for bug report

@devildog0416yes, true to that. Pingplotter is always the best way to determine where the issue appears. If you have ping plotter showing an issue on WG servers - shoot it our way and we'll pass it along to our network engineers. But in majority cases issues appears on the ISP side or between our servers and ISP. Normally reaching out to ISP would help but you have to have Pingplotter report showing where the issue appears. Even if the issue appears outside of your ISP they can still reroute your signal to our servers through other hops. In some cases, the issue can be local and in that case our CS can help you to resolve it. So the best advice would always be to reach out to CS.
Make sure mods are removed or updated
Traditionally it's an issue with old mods. If you used any mods before make sure they updated or completely removed
Don't we have enough control settings? Might want to check the controls first
Yeah, looks like GPU issue. Please send a ticket in Support. They might provide you recommendations. If it's driver or software related - should be an easy fix.
Wild foodprinter appears.
CS can fix that. @Ponkaroni Send a ticket over. Let me know if you have any issues.
There are no mass connection issues reports at this time so if you having issues - PLEASE SEND A TICKET TO SUPPORT!
I'd recommend sending a ticket over to CS.
The issue appeared to be on Telia's side. But mostly affected Comcast users. Our network engineers found a way to reroute traffic to avoid the hop where the issue appeared and it was solved after that.
