@Rhizone This is a complicated issue and one of our QA department will need to play with you whilst you capture your network requests (using Wireshark - instructions here).
Would you be willing to have a Fatsharker reach out to you to arrange a time to do this?
Alternatively, as I appreciate this is a lot of hassle, I’m happy to contact Steam and request that they issue you a refu...

It’s likely a Process Monitor Log will be requested. Instructions on how to do this can be seen here: ...
Read moreCould you please confirm that everybody is playing on the Official realm, as opposed to the Modded realm? Your realm can be changed using the checkboxes displayed alongside the ‘Play’ button within the launcher.
We’re working on this - apologies for the inconvenience.
Sorry, I don’t have any update for you yet. This issue is in our internal database and awaiting inspection by a developer.
Please reach out to us via the Support Portal if this is an issue for you.
I guess you’ve never played an EA game. Battlefield 4 was so broken for so long it got nicknamed brokenfield. It took a huge game developer nearly a year just to fix the enemies highlighted in red all the time, making it super cheesy and easy to kill people through walls and cover. And don’t forget the no sound bug after finishing a match. The next match would have zero sound for the entire game, 30 mins. Vehicles getting stuck on terrain and exploding, etc. Lol
Could you please provide us with your most recent console logs? Your console logs can be located using the instructions below:
Thank you in advance.
The KERNELBASE.dll error indicates a corruption in your Windows user profile. Please run the Windows System File Checker: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360039450413--PC-How-to-run-the-Windows-System-File-Checker
Alternatively, you may need to create a new Windows user profile.
Sorry about this - we’ll look in to it!
It’s a complicated one unfortunately. Am I right in saying that you can dismiss the steam_appid.txt
error, and the Official realm will work as normal?
I’ve had to escalate this internally in hopes that one of our developers can advise on how to proceed with this.
I hope to have an update for you next week.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

is indeed related to Easy Anti-Cheat. When reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat, did he also remove the ‘Certificates’ directory prior? If not, I’d recommend doing that:
He may also want to run a Selective Startup, which will help identify if any of his programs are conflicting with Easy Anti-Cheat:

We want to but it’s just not possible at the moment. I do what I can to keep them as close as possible but some things can’t be done the same way as on PC which requires a lot of reworking to make it seem they work the same way. Rest assured though that we’re working on it. We have a QoL patch in cert that should be out in a couple of days bit season 2 will unfortunately have to wait until it meets the same standards as PC
I agree with alsozara, I believe the best move would be to have daily quests reward an emperor champion chest and 5 shillings, because the daily 5 shillings are a really good motivator to log in every day for the veterans, but the newbies rely a lot on those daily emperor chests to help them progress and have a small chance at reds.
You do have to use steam to purchase them, but you can preview them ingame through the emporium. Still gotta go to steam to purchase them, though.
