Hi @mangeorge,

The logs show you’re running into a Deadlock type crash. There’s some reference to a Windows Update - it’s more of a shot in the dark, but do you have the latest Windows updates installed?

The only other thing that comes to mind, is a known issue introduced with the 4.9 update causing periodic game freezing.

Currently, we can only suggest to try disabling all mods, as this has had success in improving the issue for some players. However, we are working to release a fix to this as soon as possible.

It’s difficult to determine from the logs if this is purely code-related, or another factor.

Have you completed both the Dark Omens level and Weave 1? If not, please ensure you complete those :slight_smile:

Please let me know if you have any issue or not with the Amulet unlocking afterwards.

I’ve now spoken with our developer that handles all things mod-related, but they have unfortunately advised me that we’re unable to offer any help/support as the mod is not open source - sorry!

The Console Developer replied, but they have suggested very similar. They asked if you can run through the steps similar to before but select “Adult Defaults” and confirm the switch.

Let me know if you have any luck with this. Otherwise, I hope that Microsoft Support is able to be of more help.
