This can be selected from the launcher options. Please ensure both of you are playing in Official realm.

I’ve checked your account in the backend, and can see you have the following portrait frames unlocked:

• Equerry of the Blazing Sun (Champion completion frame)
• Champion of the Blazing Sun (Legend completion frame)
• Executor of the Blazing Sun (Cataclysm completion frame)

Can you please check again? If the Cata frame is still missing can you please screenshot your visible frames.

This appears to be caused by the Crosshair Kill Confirmation mod. Hope this helps.

Have you experimented with disabling your mods?

There will be an underlying driver/hardware-related reason for this, it’s possible the Windows Event Viewer will point you in the right direction.
