The problem seems to reside on our server host's side. I'm getting a timeout trying to login using our backend access aswell. I'll post a ticket but I can't promise you when that will be resolved
Chances are that they already know about this and are working on a solution as we speak but that is mostly an educated guess

Hey yup; the price was inputted in Euros and the platform interpreted that as USD. They should be the same price across the board ($9.99 if I’m remembering right). We’ll be switching it over soon.
Nope! I found the cool skull mask for kruber on v1 and it did not carry over
Owning V1 on PS4 will unlock the base V1 hero skins in V2 for PS4. This is true for all platforms

I believe on PC at least, Twitch mode was made private only quite a while ago (but you can quick play and events, you’ll just be by yourself) unless you do some workarounds. Do these workarounds work for you on Xbox if you try?
